Tryathlon Ready

This Sunday Stoke School has over 50 students competing in the Weetbix Kids Tryathlon. Room 11 has 12 students and we took a team photo when they received their competitor packs yesterday. We had a few buddies from Room 4 with us and some of them have entered too.

The Weetbix Kids Tryathlon is about kids getting active and having a go.  Room 11 competitiors will swim 100 metres through the surf at Tahunanui Beach, cycle a 4km bike course, and run 1.5km to finish. Some students are competing in teams but most are doing it for themselves.
