Our blog goals!
Our blog goals are to get better at writing,to incress our audiance,make scence and to incress our veiws .We know that where inproving by looking at our coments and page veiws.We have over 1000 veiws and that means we have improved alot over the last weeks.We have to make scence so the reader can understand and so we get more page veiws.To incress our audiance we have to have interesting storys of whats going on in room 11.
Where we are!
Stoke School is a primary school in Stoke, Nelson, New Zealand. Because we are in New Zealand we are part of the 2011 world cup winner, the All Blacks. Stoke been in history because we were made in 1854(well we were not really in history but we like to think we are.) We have a really old bell which was also made in 1854 and we stopped using it at 1954! Every morning expected the weekend a 9 or 10 or 11 year old Stoke School students put up the New Zealand flag. Stoke School has a tree that is about 100 years old.

Stoke School has a vision, we use We’re Stoked as our vision and our goals these are some values they are Whanau, Excellence, Respect, Energy, Seeking, Thinking, Opportunity , Kia,Tu,Tonu, E-Learning and Diversity and if you speel them with the first letter of every value you get Were Stoked and we use it to be safe

ReplyDeleteA good start at creating your own page. You still need to sign your name to the parts of the page that you have written even though the page is to introduce all of us.
ReplyDeleteIn the intro you need more info about who we are: What year level(s) are the students and what ages? How many students are there? Viewers know we have a classroom blog (they're viewing it). What about a class photo?
When you report on our blog goals start the paragraph with a key statement (about what our blog is for). The rest of the paragraph shpuld give more details describing our goals (for the class and for each student). Viewers see how many views we have and what countries make up our audience for themselves when they visit our blog. A photo of a room student at work on the blog would add interest.
The paragraph reporting on Stoke School needs to focus on the things that are most interesting about our school. How many students, how old is the school, are there any interesting places around the school? How about 1 or 2 photos.

Kia ora Metaphor! I was just reading our blog introduction (at the top of the page) and I wondered whether it was true that this page told viewers who we are (yes), what our blog goals are (no), and about our school (sort of). We had a paragraph about our goals a week ago but it seems to have been deleted. Can we have it back please?
