Progress Report - Week 5

Tranquil and a picture of serenity on the surface while my little webbed feet churn  the water furiously below. I have joined the daffy duck fraternity. In other words, it has been a totally full on week. Moving rooms so that our classroom can be renovated did not help my stress levels at all either. However, the students and I have come to the end of another week and 11Online continues to tick over.

My beautiful assistant has just confirmed the figures and our audience continues to grow. As of 12.00pm Friday 16 March 11Online/2012 had been viewed 2456 times in total. There were 646 views for the week (583 views last week). My beautiful assistant hasn't collated individual student's viewer numbers yet but the report is due out in the last week of school (the day before Easter Friday).

Last week I mentioned that our biggest overseas audience was Russia. Our ICT mentor Mr Thompson suggested that the fact that our city, Nelson, hosted the Russian rugby team during the World Cup last year might have something to do with our Russian viewer numbers. Just in case he has hit the nail on the head I'd like to give a shout out to our second biggest overseas audience, the good ol' U.S.A. We hosted their World Cup game against Italy and enjoyed both their rugby and the team itself as our guests.
