Rippa Rugby
Rippa rugby is a fast running, passing version of rugby 7s. It is perfect for children because there are no scrums, lineouts, rucks or mauls and there is no kicking. Players wear belts with long velcro "tags" on each hip and tackles are made by ripping a tag from the belt and calling "rip!". When a "tag" is ripped the player with the ball must stop and pass to a team mate.
I managed to get some photos of our junior team's game on Friday after school. There team is called Sizzle.
