Food For Thought

FOOD, GIVE ME! Na just joking, but that does look quite nice. Gosh, what am I saying. On the 27th of March Rm11 had a session of food for thought will a nutrition lady called Maraweaina. She came so we could learn to know what is good to eat & whats not good to eat.

1st we talked about drinks that has the most sugar & cathien. 2cnd we did a food pyramid so we could put different groups into Eat least, Eat sometimes & Eat most. The different groups we did were Fruit & vegetables, Bread & cereals, Meat & allegation, then last of all it was Milk & dairy. 3rd we did an activity with the cardboard boxes from different types of cereals.

All we had to do was check up on the back of the box & search up sugars, fat total, sodium which is salt & Dilbert fibre. Then last of all we said good bye of coarse. We had a wonderful time with Maraweaina. On the 28th of March rm11 is going to the super market with Maraweaina to see if we can find 3 of the groups of food that were in the different food categories.

I loved doing food for thought. Now I know what to eat & not to eat.

  1. Good, I like food and I think people should know what is good what is bad.

  2. You know I like how you write Shimya. The "BUT" though is: introduction, main idea(s) supported by relevant details, and conclusion - all organised into PARAGRAPHS.

  3. I love the title! Don't the words in a title begin with a capital letter?
