Dawn Service

At 6.00pm this morning tens of thousands of kiwis will find their way to one of the more than 500 war memorials around New Zealand before the first rays of the sun pierce the darkness. We will stand together and we will honour and remember those of us who served our country. We will stand together and we will honour and remember those of us who lost their life for our country. We will remember them.

The ANZAC Dedication

They shall grow not old,
As we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them,
Nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun
and in the morning,
We will remember them.

We will remember them.

  1. We attended large services (3000 at the Auckland Cenotaph) and small ones like the Wakefield Cenotaph.
